Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mokki Children's Furniture, we want you and your little ones to love your new space; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the furniture is securely repacked in its original boxes to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to collect the items directly from your home.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
